A successful career in Real Estate rests on the Realtor---and that's the way Monique Dyer likes it.

Providing quality Real Estate services is my chosen profession.  I have devoted significant time and energy to prepare myself to produce the best results for you.  I value an honest approach with both my clients and other Realtors, recognizing that working together makes for a smoother transaction.

I relaize that leaving a home is difficult--that sellers may have lived there for many years and grown attached to the home.  Being able to empathize with those feelings usually eases the situation.

You can have confidence in my marketing, negotiating, and financing abilities.  You can be assured that I will protect your interests and put forth my best efforts to make your transaction both smooth and pleasant.  Your cares are my concerns.

Born and raised in Corvallis, Monique learned the value of hard work from her parents.  After graduating from Crescent Valley High School, Monique enrolled at OSU, where she studied Business until taking an accounting job at Hewlett-Packard Co.  She worked at HP for 10 years.  Monique became a Realtor in 1995 and quickly found success.

Monique's know-how and responsiveness have earned the praise of clients; they appreciate the care she takes in walking them step by step through the home-buying and home-selling processes.  "With me, service to clients and customers is my number one priority."

Monique is married to Kerry Dyer, a managing partner at Northwest Financial Group.  They live in the area with their two children, Haley and Kaz.  Monique has given her time to the Old Mill School, and twice was chairperson for the school's annual auction.  She's a member of the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce, Corvallis Country Club, The American Business Women's Association, and the Tillicum Dance Club.  She has been on the board for the Zion Lutheran School, former treasurer for the ABWA Association, and a former member of Heartland Humane Society and Plain Talk boards.  She has also sponsored Little League Baseball Teams.  Monique also offers the Build a Brighter Future Program for area schools, this helps in donating money to clients favorite schools in the area.
